The development of employees’ capability is a key success in a company. Management Trainee (MT) program is an effort to realize that success. In the begining of 2019 PT. Fastrata Buana once again held Management Trainee program, after success with Management Trainee program which has been running for six years.
We know Management Trainee as a program which organized to prepare potential MT recruits to fill in key positions in the company. For few months MT recruits were focused to learn and understand the work flow of PT. Fastrata Buana. For 2019, 20 people from MT Sales and FAA were chosen.
The MTs who have been joining went through development program such as in class training, salling activity, and continued with On Job Training in the branch for six months, and also evaluation. This development process was supervised by the mentors and HRD team. This is done to make the MTs ready and later on are able to give maximum performance when stationed in the branches.
